Classes are hands on, always with fewer than eight students, in a newly renovated facility, with parking and easy access. Three hour sessions are peppered with humorous personal anecdotes, a relaxed and interactive experience, not rushed as on tv. Both afternoon and evening classes are offered.
Students get the instant gratification of cooking a healthy meal to recreate at home for family or friends. Techniques learned make meal preparation more enjoyable and less challenging, You'll learn tips that make favorite dishes not so difficult to create, and techniques from one cuisine can be applied to others.
Recipes are based on healthy and fresh ingredients sourced from local purveyors. We use local organic when available, cooking from scratch with no prepared sauces and incorporating functional foods into most dishes.
