Cant make it to a good sugar shack but would like to taste some of the delicious food? Well we have just the thing for you! This is a dinner that will also be served with both red and white wines (beer) to match the food!

Here are some of the delicous items to be served:

Maple syrup slow baked beans with double smoked bacon

Caramelized maple bacon candy or lardons with endive, apple salad and a blue cheese dressing

Unctuous baked venison and pork Tourtière with homemade ketchup sweetened with maple syrup

Maple glazed hot smoked salmon served with creme fraiche and dill

For dessert maple pastry cream filled doughnuts with maple butter glaze
