Some great food in this menu. Start with pureed soup of roasted fennel and carrots finished with creme fraiche, chives and dill. Second dish will be "Moules Mariniere a la creme" steamed mussels with white wine and herbs finished with cream. Main course of "Magret du Canard" seared and roasted duck breast with with a white wine, mustard and cream sauce. Served with buttered snap peas, baby carrots and cauliflower florets. Dessert will be a wonderful apple Tarte Tatin with caramel and vanilla creme anglaise !
