Thai food is known for its balance of sweet, salty, spicy, sour and bitter. We will enjoy some great dishes that rely on that balance. First we will make some vegetable spring rolls with fresh herbs and an sweet chili dipping sauce. We will prepare a delicious and very tasty and quick Tom Yum soup with mushrooms and shrimp. Then a a favorite noodle dish with chicken, shrimp, eggs, roasted peanuts and that delicious Pad Thai sauce we will make from scratch. Also we will have a spicy red Thai curry with pork, red peppers and green beans and Asian basil leaves. We will also prepare Steamed Jasmine rice and for dessert a delicous dessert of flambeed bananas or pineapples with coconut ice cream!
